Markets do not go straight up or straight down. During the bottom process there are many opportunities to build a position using synthetic Hedged futures. A single starting position is normally adequate unless the account balance is large.
The same tools used in the Historical Worksheets filter down into the Daily Worksheets as you see above and located under the "Daily Worksheet" button near the bottom of the home page. This is the true test of any tool you use to manage your risk. Day to day vigilance is mandatory but should not conflict with your long term view point.
